What a session looks like
Arrive
Leave the outside world at the door. This is your time.
Breathe
Be guided through a breathwork and meditation experience tailored to you and/or your group.
Take it with you
Walk away with tools, clarity, and a felt sense of what it means to come home to yourself.
For businesses
Why breathwork belongs at work.
Modern work asks people to perform, decide, collaborate, and adapt while their nervous systems are often running on pressure. Breathwork gives teams a practical way to pause, regulate, and return to presence.

of employees globally are at risk of burnout. Most of them felt it coming long before it stopped them.
The body always knows first.
01
Regulate stress before it becomes the culture. Breathwork helps teams notice pressure in the body and return to steadiness before burnout takes over.
02
Creates a shared pause that can improve focus, communication, and the quality of attention in the room.
03
Make wellbeing practical. Instead of treating care as an extra, breathwork gives people an embodied tool they can actually use at work.
It is not about doing more. It is about helping people arrive with more of themselves available.
For individuals
A private space to come back to yourself.
Individual sessions are for the moments when something inside is asking for your attention — stress, grief, transition, burnout, or the quiet sense that there is more available to you.
You do not have to know exactly what you need. We begin with what is here.
Support your nervous system when stress, anxiety, or overwhelm has become the background noise of daily life.
Reconnect with your body gently, rebuilding trust through breath, presence, and choice.
Create space for insight and integration, so what moves in a session can become part of how you live.
About Mara
The practice came from finding my own way back.

This work is about coming back to the present moment. To your body. To yourself.
That’s what Here With Mara means. I am right here with you.
I was born during a war. Bombs were flying around the hospital when my mother brought me into the world. She ran with me in her arms and didn't stop until she found safety. We ended up here, in the Netherlands.
As a refugee child, I carried the weight of having to fix a broken past without even knowing it. So I did everything I thought I was supposed to do: first in my family to graduate from university, a successful legal career, the notorious rat race.
Then my body said enough.
Burnout. Insomnia. Depression. Anxiety.
What followed was two years of finding my way back to myself. I immersed myself in meditation — every method, every practice, every book I could find. And somewhere in the depths of that stillness, I noticed something: breath was at the centre of everything. That's when breathwork found me. Or maybe I found it. Either way, something clicked — and the two practices merged into the foundation of my own healing.
So I started over. This time as myself. The girl who wanted to act, to perform, to express, to connect.
People tell me I have a calming presence, a calming voice. I think that's because I know what it takes to stay steady when you think your life is falling apart. I've been there. I found my way back through the breath — and I've been sharing that ever since.
Every experience I've lived through has shaped my capacity to hold others. So that when you're in it — whatever it is — you don't have to carry it alone.
This is what Here With Mara means. I am right here with you.
